Daniel Hollander is an experienced litigator who, as a prosecutor, handled cases ranging in severity from Driving under the Influence and Theft to Burglary, Assault, White Collar, and Homicide. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, he represented clients at a non-profit legal aide clinic in landlord/tenant, custody, and divorce proceedings. Daniel had the distinct honor of trying his first case before a presidentially appointed District Judge. He understands the intricacies of courtroom procedure and evidentiary rules. Daniel brings his extensive trial experience to Noone & Borger, LLC, where he will represent clients facing criminal, family, or civil litigation matters.
Daniel began his career working in the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office before relocating to West Chester to accept a position in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. During that time, Daniel developed into a seasoned and trusted attorney assigned to some of the most high-profile cases.
Daniel graduated from The George Washington University with Honors and The Catholic University School of Law. While in Washington, D.C., Daniel earned numerous awards at mock trial competitions throughout the country. Daniel also was honored to serve as a clerk for the Honorable William Sharkey at the Office of Administrative Hearings. Subsequent to that appointment, he was one of the few in the country selected to clerk for the United States Department of Justice Civil Appellate Unit.
Daniel has recently served as a member of the Wyoming Seminary Selector’s Committee and the West Chester Strategic Police Task Force. He also has previously taught high school mock trial and served as guest lecturer for the Delaware County Community College criminal law class.
Daniel lives in West Chester with his wife, a Registered Nurse at the Chester County Hospital, and their two young sons.
