Daniel Hollander, Esq.

Meet Daniel

Daniel Hollander is an experienced criminal law attorney who, as a prosecutor, handled cases ranging in severity from Driving under the Influence and Theft to Burglary, Assault, White Collar, and Homicide. Prior to his role as a prosecutor, Daniel represented clients at a non-profit legal aid clinic in landlord/tenant, custody, and divorce proceedings. He had the distinct honor of trying his first case before a presidentially appointed District Judge, which has enriched his understanding of courtroom procedure and evidentiary rules. Now, as a litigation attorney at Noone & Borger, LLC, Daniel is committed to representing clients facing criminal, family, or civil litigation matters.

Daniel's career began at the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office before he relocated to West Chester to join the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. During this time, he became a seasoned and trusted attorney assigned to some of the most high-profile cases.

Daniel graduated with Honors from The George Washington University and from The Catholic University School of Law. While in Washington, D.C., he earned numerous accolades at mock trial competitions across the country. Additionally, he had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable William Sharkey at the Office of Administrative Hearings. Following that appointment, Daniel was among the few selected nationally to clerk for the United States Department of Justice Civil Appellate Unit.

Recently, Daniel has contributed as a member of the Wyoming Seminary Selector’s Committee and the West Chester Strategic Police Task Force. He has also taught high school mock trial and served as a guest lecturer for the Delaware County Community College criminal law class.

Daniel resides in West Chester with his wife, a Registered Nurse at Chester County Hospital, and their two young sons. He looks forward to representing his clients as a dedicated criminal law attorney and ensuring them the best possible outcome.
